Shangang Longboards Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are valid for products purchased directly from Shangang boards or through our authorized retailers.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support:

  • Reach out to our customer support team via email at [shangangboards@outlook.com] to inform us of your intent to return the product. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

b. Return Authorization:

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

c. Package the Product:

  • Carefully package the product in its original packaging or equivalent sturdy packaging to prevent damage during return transit. Include the RA number on the package.

d. Ship the Product:

  • Send the longboard back to Shangangboards using a trackable and insured shipping method, and provide the tracking number to our customer support.

Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the product is in satisfactory condition, we will process the return and issue a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.

Refund or Exchange

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
